Hello,
Got provided 3 vouchers for Tesco from Sky.
Received all three via email stating the below.
"Great news - you can now claim your reward from Sky
Simply visit Here and sign in to My Sky within the next 90 days. After this time it will expire, so log in soon to make sure you don't miss out. To sign in to My Sky you'll need your Sky iD"
I login to my Sky and get the below/attached error
Troubleshooting
Changed to data/ different ISP
Different IP Addresses
Different Devices
Removed cache cookies, changed browser
Incognito mode
App or browser version
3 vouchers sat there unable to be used.
I've looked for more discussions related but they are all old and with no fix mentioned, some dating back to 2018.
Solution for this needs to be found as im at the end of line with Sky at this point. Especially when other ISP are knocking at my door every day.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Im not on this device for much longer, is the live chat account bound or IP/ Device bound?
