Really confused about my order, I thought I’d ordered a tv but a ‘puck’ has just been delivered
where can I go to see if a television is coming or not?

@Emma1521 I'd suggest checking your email order confirmation for details on what you ordered.
If you paid a one-off fee of £39 then you did indeed order the Sky Stream service which is the puck that you plug into any TV. Sky Glass is the actual TV product. This would be substantially more expensive each month as you would be paying off the TV over monthly installments on top of the Sky subscription unless you paid the TV cost upfront.

Thanks for your reply, I didn't pay a one-off fee I'm paying £50 a month for the following but I'm sure when I was putting the order through I chose a colour for the tv? That's why I'm confused that one hasn't turned up.
when I messaged sky to confirm my order no one got back to me

If that isn't what you wanted you will need to phone Sky to cancel the stream puck and order a Sky Glass Tv instead.
However in all honestly you are probably better off with the puck rather than the Tv as the Sky Glass generally isn't great value for money. It's quite old hardware now (a few years old) so there is a lot better, newer TV models on the market for a much cheaper price than the Sky Glass so you may want to just have the pick instrad and get better value for money buying a new Tv from elsewhere.
