Are your services restricted?


If they are you should be able to pay the bill and set up your direct debit via the MySky app or online using this link
https://www.sky.com/manage/bill/ 


Services won't be restored until a payment clears which will be Monday at the earliest now.

You can pay via the MySky app or via Sky.com without calling.

 

You might be able to make an automated payment by calling Sky, but you won't be able to speak to an adviser until all arrears are settled.

I left sky for EE in February this year but have been charged for the tv package that was cancelled ever since not being charged for broadband or phone impossibly difficult to speak to a human and get a response I was given Ben a reference number and a phone number to speak to someone in 48 hours

48 hours later it's a robot to pay a bill pathetic

@Ste75 did you call Sky to cancel your tv package? It's not automatically cancelled in the same way as broadband and phone packages are.

That's not possible, I'm afraid. No other provider can cancel your Sky tv contract. Only the accountholder can cancel. Unfortunately you'll now have to pay the outstanding bill before you can give the 31 days notice required to cancel.

Then your complaint is with EE as they cannot cancel TV services for you.

That is impossible !. All you get is a chat bot who does not understand exactly what you want , and leaves you extremey frustrated and fuming !! .

All designed to save money employing a real person , who might be able to help/ advice.  If I could go somewhere else for channels I like to watch I would ?, however no where else has exact line up/ channels I like to watch/ record. 

It would be all the same if you urgently needed to speak to a real person , which with Sky is impossible as this function does not exist !.

It's not impossible. Hundreds if not thousands of customers get through daily. Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
