I have this issue currently but have not even had my 1st bill yet was only installed on the 14.08.25 nobody seems to be able to help me

Are you saying your Sky Q has been restricted, if so was the payment actually taken yesterday ?

My sky Q is fully restricted I have three multi rooms and the full package it was installed on the 18th Aug since last Thursday they have restricted my account but I have no bill to pay yet I have called 1st line 4 time they cannot help me and it's with the team that can resolve it they are unable to escalate it and I have to wait the sla of 7 days it's day 6

Are you saying you have paid your first bill which should have been two weeks after activation then your next one is two weeks after that then monthly ?

I haven't paid any bill yet and the customer services team are advising I am in credit becuse I returned some pucks that I ordered incorrectly... they just keep telling me I have no bill to pay it's been raised today apparently and will come out of my bank in the 18th sep

It is really not clear what is happening so I would put i a complaint and hopefully this will get someone to investigate this for you:
