Is it possible to re-contract for a better deal than paying almost 3 times the price for the same package as a new customer or adding services I don't need?
eg. With sky glass, without the TV payback, package costs £26 including Netflix but currently paying £55.50 plus Netflix. Quite a big disparity in charges.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you are outside your minimum term contract, or within the last 31 days, you can phone Sky and try and negoiate a deal on a new 18 month contract.
However any deal you get offered will likely be nowhere near new customer deals.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
