I tried in personal details to update my email as my login email has now changed but comes up with oops something wrong. I need to update my email and possibly Netflix login email.

It is my login details and my bill and accounts etc. I spoke to advisor earlier on the phone after waiting and told me they had done it but tried ther and still the same old email. This message also came via my old email adress. How many things do I need to change??
