All I want to do is talk to someone in person. I am being billed for two sky tv broadband and phone and the bot does not understand what I'm trying to get across. Someone please help me and get somebody from customer service to give me a call. I cannot go through this despair any longer as this is getting very distressing, I'm about to go off my head and just throw all of the equipment out of the window, as the service is absolutely **bleep** and I'm not willing to tolerate anymore bloody hassle over this. Absolute farce everything I asked for in the first place has not been working as I was reassured by the people who are supposed to be qualified to get the equipment up and running without any issues whatsoever. If someone does not get this sorted over the next week I'm going to another provider . Who I'm sure there will be no were near as much hassle if any at all.

Hi @Raymo1   Unfortunately threats to cancel are meaningless in the community (see Welcome below). Your first bill could be doubled as it may cover the previous and future months, look for -xx days for the previous period. See what your future bills show. https://www.sky.com/bill
