Re: Speak to an advisor

Dear Ms/Sir,

                          I would like to become a Sky User. I have been a member previously - but not currently.

                          I have a few questions which I would like to ask, regarding being able to join Sky TV.

                          Do you think that you could let me know how to speak to an Advisor  please? Either by e-mail or via my Mobile telephone ultimately. Or - I could telephone you initially if you wish. Can you give me a telephone number to ring please?

                          With many thanks

                                                                 Andrew Jarvis

@Andythesp  You need to call Slky to speak to an advisor, Sky don't use email.  Or you can place an order online sky.com

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Re: Speak to an advisor

I need the dimensions and colour of the outside sky stream box in order to get sky tv phone and broadband installed. My landlord requires it.

@Ange46

I'm afraid the thread title is very misleading. We are customers here and this isn't a method of contacting Sky. What do you mean by an outside Sky stream box?

Can you clarify what the landlord wants? There's no outside box for Sky Stream.

Why?  It's a bit draconian for them wanting details of a puck that can't possible affect them or the property?

Sky Stream puck tech specs:

  • Size: 10.8 (height) x 10.8 cm (width) x 1.8cm (depth)
  • Colours: Anthracite black
  • Connectivity:
    • 1x HDMI 2.1 port
    • 230V AC power cable port
    • Ethernet port

Re: Speak to an advisor

Hi

I didn't know that. Thanks brilliant. Is sky stream the one that comes in at 39.00 with netflix ads and 45.00 without?

That's the one I was ordering but they said it needs drilling from outside the building

If there is another one without I'd look at the too.

Re: Speak to an advisor

That was all. I thought there was going to be a box attached to the building

Hi @Paulmckinnon   Yes, of course you can. Try telephoning them. Telephone numbers are blocked in this community.

@Paulmckinnon

Yes if you contact Sky. l’m afraid you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting here. This is a customer led discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

Is your issue something we can advise on?
