Hello I I paid £20 before my payment date manually and it was put into credit from last payment onto this payment I forgot to move money into my direct payment card so on payment day it declined I then paid the rest of the money off about £40 to make my payment complete but for some reason it's saying my first £60 has been received and an extra £40 and a subtotal of £100 being received but the automatic payment wasn't paid just the manual one and they're still trying to money out of my account everyday what do I do I can't find a number to call or anything

Can you post an image of this bill and if you do please blank out your account number and if you are a Sky Glass or Mobile customer also blank out your credit agreement number.
