Re: Sky Customer Services - Data Protection

We have a password set up so me and my husband can deal with the account as it's in my husbands name. I've rang today to add a multi room box and they wouldn't speak to me even with the password they said they needed to speak to my husband. He works late hence why we set the password in the beginning and I've never had an issue talking to them any other time.

Certain changes require the account holder authorisation, particularly if there's a financial impact.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own
