I have the same problem with my recent broadband subscription!
I can't track the router and I need a reschedule!

Not the best welcoming you get for switching!

 

I am not in the country! and I can't get to human via life chat! 
What am I supposed to do?

Some info about my order,
Down bottom in FAQ "My hub hasn't arrived" and some information.

The issue is I got a message from EVRI (Turned out to be a scam), so I was wanting to track the router delivery as I am away for a couple of days and I could not find any tracking.
