If you can't place the order online then give Sky a call instead.

Nothing works even call, aparantly only option is to buy a puck and loose all discount on current contracts ( signature and sports). Looks like I have to let current contracts expire and cancel Q completely and possibly return some 12 months later as a new customer. Not exactly a modern service.

was thinking of adding broadband next April but will avoid sky.
