Sky are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Their "communication" service is truly appalling. They make it as difficult as possible to even cancel off a single TV channel from the package. 30 minutes on a Live Chat to remove SKy Kids is unacceptable....and so many barriers imposed with the constant messages about "just think about what you are losing by cancelling" spiel. I deal with a lot of companies and their automated communication mediums. SKY are the worst. Very poor service. On the basis of that stressful live chat I am very much determined to leave Sky altogether. Awful 😖
