Im also due a refund that was supposed to be processed in January after calling to chase, inevitably this never arrived. This was due to paying the whole month for sky broadband inspite account closing halfway through, and then sky taking out another payment via DD inspite me having no services with them. I called before but the promise of a refund never materialised, I tried emailing but was passed to the robot. Can you help please? Thanks

Billing does continue right up to the day you leave so this might explain why you were still billed even if you had put in notice to leave.

I was billed after I left, the final two bills indicate acknowledged I left 22nd December was I was still billed for period up to 2nd February. A sky colleague acknowledged I needed and spoke receive a refund, but this never appeared
