my sky went down last night doing come back on 1in the morning i no it was not your fault I wondered if you can take money of my bill

Sky won't reduce your bill because of a short term disconnection.

@Jacqueline+whetto  Also nothing would happen on the back of a forum post from an unlinked account as Sky would not know who you are.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
