Rang 3 different sky numbers including 150 to try and speak to someone only to get the same message

Rang 4 different sky numbers including 150 only to get the same message each time asking for my payment details before I could speak to someone.,...what a pathetic service

When you pay what you owe then you can talk to someone.

 

What's the issue you're trying to resolve?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@Anonymous  If services are restricted for non payment then sky policy is not to take calls until outstanding payments are cleared and a new continuous payment method setup

Thats correct. If your bill is overdue Sky won't speak to you until its been paid.

Set them up. Your contract with Sky requires you to.. Currently you're in breach of contract.

I want to speak to someone about my bill before I pay it, my bill is a lot more than I expected
