Random bill of £153 when my monthly bill is £23, what?!

I limited my sky account down to the basic package months ago got the email confirmation agreed on £23 per month which is for basic package (only wanted the internet as don't use the TV and now I've just had a £153 bill try and come out of my account 😳😭😡

So what does the breakdown of the latest bill show the extra is for? What did you cancel and did you receive email confirmation from Sky that it was cancelled?

Did you return any Sky Q boxes?

 

It's not sending back loaned equipment which is the most common cause for a lump sum to be added.
