Dear Team,
I previously contacted Sky regarding severe money difficulties and was assisted to cancel the Sky TV element of my package. I have kept Broadband and need to organise moving my broadband, as I am moving home on 17th June.
I have a daughter with Autism and I need my Broadband to be working.
I keep getting notifications about making a payment for sky TV, but I am not able to pay this presently.
Can you help me with my change of Broadband to my new house; this is URGRENT

If you have put in your 31 days notice to cancel Sky TV then a bill that will be created during this time does have to be paid before it can be refunded back to you.

Unfortunately there's a minimum two week lead time for a Home Move, and Sky won't book that for you if your account is in deficit.

Thankyou. Do you know the number to call to discuss both payment and book transfer of broadband to the new house? Thankyou

If your services are restricted due to a missed payment any calls to Sky are likely to prompt you to pay what you owe first. That is normal Sky policy if you are in arrears.
