Queries on Mobile bill after date changed
Apologies if I'm asking my queries in the wrong place but had no option to email or sky bot & I really don't have the patience for a long complicated call at this time..... Anyway, I moved my bill payment date forward. Fair enough I understand some differences in charges due to dates & extending period etc but what I don't understand is why 3 of my devices have been charged twice (but not all), this significantly pushes due amount up. Pro rata I could understand, but whole monthly amount, twice? And why not all my devices that are also still in contract. Doesn't make sense. I'm also being charged for x2 accessories yet those contracts finished on 5th October. I'm hoping Sky monitor the community chat & can answer my queries in an easy to understand way! Here's hoping!

Do these charges all cover the same billing for period ?

Assume same period as on same bill, in this case it's listed within the Bill section 'next predicted bill' Oct - Nov, payment date changed from 15th to 28th, so in essence 2 weeks extra. Like said, would understand pro rata contract costs but not a whole month. Suspect I still get full months cost next month. Just doesn't make sense to me, not the accessory costs when contracts ended...... I know I feel I will have to call them.....

Can you post an image of your previous and this bill and if you do expand it so we can see the full details and blank out your account and credit agreement numbers.
