We purchased sky broadband yesterday morning but we have only received one email to confirm our order and going live date but no t&c's to explain a cooling off period. I have tried calling various sky numbers (Removed) but none recognise my number so I cannot get any further past the automated voice. I set up a skyid after the purchase but it is not linked to the product we purchased, and when I try to change my contact details in my sky it presents me with a blank page on household addresses which I cannot get past to change my contact details.
I have emailed the sky email to ask to cancel but no response. Please help!
