Purchased Sky Broadband yesterday, but changed our mind and unable to cancel

We purchased sky broadband yesterday morning but we have only received one email to confirm our order and going live date but no t&c's to explain a cooling off period. I have tried calling various sky numbers (Removed) but none recognise my number so I cannot get any further past the automated voice. I set up a skyid after the purchase but it is not linked to the product we purchased, and when I try to change my contact details in my sky it presents me with a blank page on household addresses which I cannot get past to change my contact details.

I have emailed the sky email to ask to cancel but no response. Please help!

Have you tried waiting rather than hanging up after you receive the message about not recognising your number?
