Puc and SkyID out of sync

Long story short, Sky sent out two Puc's one to a wrong address and one to my address. 

Thankfully I seem to have a working Puc providing the services I am paying for but when I log on to the App or Website it shows the wrong address and no active Puc. 

Any advice about resynching the details because I can't see my bills online or indeed access the two free cinema tickets.

Have you tried creating a new account using the account for this workinng puc by using the account number it is on ?

 

You might need to either use a new email address or remove it from the old account first.
