Problem with delivery

Hello my order can has benn accepted and said it will be delivered by dpd now it says problem with order we can't deliver I don't know why?

You will need to call Sky to find out what the issue is.

When you do call say nothing when the bot speaks to you about what your call is about as it should then route you to somebody.
