I was paying £28 a month for Sky HD Signature package.
We weren't in contract
In February I received this message:
I've checked my bank account today and £34 has been taken (i..e not £30 I expected) - I've just phoned and spoken to someone who didn't get the point of being overcharged and was just really interested in pinning me down to a new deal
Also he said as a valued "Platinum" member I would only get Netflix free for 4 months if we did get a new package- I don't see that restriction applied to New Customer deals
Might be a case of cutting the chord - can anyone else share if they have been overcharged and if the Netflix only for 4 months is free?
Thanks

Thanks Mark
That helps I went to an old bill and there was a £4 discount applied to the old bill
So we lost that and gone up by another £2 so that explains things
