Price drop

My bill has dropped from £23.00 to £16.00 although this is good there is no explanation why has anyone else had a price drop

What Sky services is this for? Any changes to your subscription? Do your future bills also reflect the price drop?

Has the device price dropped due to the length of time you've had it? Have you compared your latest bill to a previous one to see where the differences are?

If you have 12 months to pay off against the device the price can drop due to what you have left to pay against it.

 

If you want a check take a look at the credit agreement as it will show you a breakdown of what you are paying across the contract
