Please stop billing me for BB

This is my last resort, I can't call sky since you want me to pay £42.50 to give me back a broadband service I cancelled in November. 
we switched everything to virgin in November. So no, I don't want my service back on. No we do not owe you money. And No, I can't call you to tell you this as you divert my call to a recorded voice message telling me I have to pay before I can speak to you

Did you contact Sky to cancel? And did you receive confirmation of cancellation?

@jemlios  It sounds like you didn't cancel with Sky directly and signed up with Virgin Media, who are unable to take over your broadband from Sky.

 

Culd you advise you received an email from Sky confirming when your services would end?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I had to pay to finally speak to someone - who kindly read back through conversations to see we had cancelled all services and will refund our money back.
