This is my last resort, I can't call sky since you want me to pay £42.50 to give me back a broadband service I cancelled in November.
we switched everything to virgin in November. So no, I don't want my service back on. No we do not owe you money. And No, I can't call you to tell you this as you divert my call to a recorded voice message telling me I have to pay before I can speak to you

Culd you advise you received an email from Sky confirming when your services would end?

I had to pay to finally speak to someone - who kindly read back through conversations to see we had cancelled all services and will refund our money back.
