Please refund my credit balance
I cancelled my Sky broadband services in April but I haven't received any refund of my outstanding balance.
Sky has my bank details and I would be grateful if this could be escalated.

Unfortunately the Messaging team isn't currently available. If there's a credit in your Sky account, give them a call and they'll be able to process a refund within 5 days,

How do I contact them please as I haven't been able to find relevant telephone numbers.
Alternatively, please escalate internally.

As stated by @Mark39 the escalation process is unavailable for the next 2-3 weeks so call Sky by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile. Alternatively use this link…

UK customers: Scroll down and it may display a ‘Need more help’ link. If it does click on that leading to a number starting 0333.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down as above to see a dedicated ROI number. (Customer Services in the ROI are not open at weekends).

Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you the online help route or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
