There was a general price  increase from 1 April.

the annual price increase or

a discounted deal has finished or

both of the above.

I had only just started a new contract, so this cannot be the answer - I need the specific increase details

@9953  You need to check your bills, they will detail all charges and periods they relate to.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you are a new customer then the first bill or two is always higher due to Sky billing for a month in advance: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/understanding-my-bills
