You may not be aware but this is a customer to customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here. We obviously can't see your account or bills.

If you are a new customer then the first bill or two is always higher due to Sky billing for a month in advance: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/understanding-my-bills
