I had a phone with Sky and then got a second one. The new one never got added to my account online for me to see it. I have been charged the correct amount each month for it but I can't see it. The first phone plan has now needed and when I go onto my account it says no products. How can I get the phone showing in my account please?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreGive Sky a call on the 150 number so they can look into this for you. Usually this happens if for whatever reason the second phone wasn't ordered on the same account that the other one is on,

@caesarome is there an alternative number please? It's not a sky SIM card just a sky phone. Thank you.
