Phone call about Netflix when with Sky Broadband

I am with sky broadband and I got a phone call from a sky number which I've seen is legitimate but they asked if I had Netflix and I said no and then said thank you and hung up? Why is that a relevant thing to phone about?

Sounds a bit odd @zz2 , if that call was from Sky they should have asked your for your telephone password so did this person that rung you asked for this ?

Nope, I didn't even know telephone passwords existed, it was such a quick phone call

Do superusers have a way of escalating it to a sky colleague? That would be much appreciated if so
