I am with sky broadband and I got a phone call from a sky number which I've seen is legitimate but they asked if I had Netflix and I said no and then said thank you and hung up? Why is that a relevant thing to phone about?

Do superusers have a way of escalating it to a sky colleague? That would be much appreciated if so
