Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThere is an annual price review (and ultimately an increase) every April. All customers will get either an email or letter outlining their own increases and a phone number to call shoukd they wish to leave Sky Broadband penalty free within 30 days of receiving the notice. This does not apply to TV subscriptions.
As customers we can't tell you what your increase will be as all discounts are different.

I have received a email is saying that
Don't forget your Sky Broadband and Talk options above are available until 30 March 2024. However, it is also possible to contact us after this date to discuss your options
from 1 of April i will pay £39.50
i don't agree with that amount

now i paid £25 and from that amount to go on 39,50 is to much I don't want it

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI think that email will be relating to a discounted deal finishing. Sky will have told you the date the discount was ending when you took it out. You could compare a previous bill to your latest bill and see where the amounts differ
www.sky.com/bill.
If your discount is ending you will need to contact Sky to try to negotiate a new deal which will require another 18 month minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount so if you’re offered something acceptable you need to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.
You can either call Sky or use the following link
