Payment

Hello,

I have paid my bills on the exact date.

but still I can see that sky is trying to deduct payment from my account.

wondering If I have done a mistake in my payment or there is something wrong.

Itt's best not to make manual payments. There's no need to do that when you have an automated monthly direct debit or card payment set up.

 

If the automated payment doesn't go through, Sky's systems will 'think' you haven't paid, even though you laid manually.

You don't actually need to pay your bill manually yourself if as you appear to have, a payment method setup on your account as Sky will always take it automatically from you each month.

 

For the payment you made do you now see this as a credit on your account because if you do you can either leave it so it is used to pay next months bill or it can be refunded to you, help of which can be arranged for you via here if you would like.
