Payment

  • I am new to sky mobile and paid my 1st bill when it was due on 11th of this month as I have not set up a dd. But I have just received a notification from my bank saying sky have taken the payment again. When I check my sky account I am now in credit is there a way I can get the credit amount put back into my bank account as it is needed.

@Geniebaby  When you setup Sky Mobile it looks like you provided payment details likely a debit card which Sky will use in the absense of a Direct Debit.  You can call Sky to refund the credit but will take up to 5 working days.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
