Payment taken for period after contract ended
My contract ends in 10 days and payments has been taken from my account credit balance for the month after my contract end date. How can I get back the credit balance in my account.

That's correct - the billing process continues as normal until your last day. Once you cease being a customer the next billing period will generate a credit that will appear on your account and can then be refunded.
