Payment taken after account cancelled

Hi,

 

I have just noticed that I have been charged for a service that was cancelled in June.

 

when I spoke to customer services they said that only broadband was cancelled! 

How  can I use Sky TV without the broadband?? 

I also received confirmation that the package to return the equipment was being dispatched.

I would like someone to contact me to arrange a refund.

 No one will contact you by posting on a customer helps customer forum...

 

You need to contact Sky.

Hi @leannekearney   So did you give the required 31 days notice to cancel the TV subscription? Sky TV works with all broadband providers, and is not part of the switching process, unlike broadband and home telephone. You would have received a confirmation email as proof.
