Payment not received

I lost a direct debit payment on 11/06/2023.

So, I went and paid manual on 11/07/2023.

And I'm getting charged saying I didn't pay. Saying they're going to cancel my internet.

If you go back to previous bills what does it show regarding your June/July bills:

And does your latest bill show that there is an outstanding amount.
