Sky is asking for the payment to be made to reinstate my service so made the full payment taken from my bank but on sky website it said whoops something went wrong... so logged out and in again payment still not showing telling me I need to make it to reinstate my services... so to try made a second payment of £1.50 and taken from my bank and showing straight away on my account... but now it still tells me to pay the remaining balance to reinstate my services
when trying to call I get the same thing I need to make the payment!!! But it was made and taken from the bank in full!
and cannot speak to anyone to resolve this! Help please

Find out moreAs well as making the payment to clear your outstanding bill you do also need to set up (or setup again) a payment method like a direct debit or a credit or debit card then you need to wait for this payment to be cleared by the banks which would not usually happen until Monday at the earliest.

Hi I have done that hoping it will work still payment not showing and asking me to make it minus the £1.50 I did to try and see... just my full payment missing from my account and cannot speak to anyone! Until payment is made which it has been made and taken services are restricted

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI would leave it to see if your account updates tomorrow as making a payment on a Sunday is always going to mean a delay in the payment be cleared by the banks.

I don't have no other choice it seems but the bank cleared it I raised a dispute stating I did not get the goods or service for this payment..but that will take time as well before I get my money back. and the £1.50 did go through on sky strait away as it usually does... just wished we could actually speak to someone for emergencies
