Payment increase

I changed my contract in January due to not being able to afford the prices. Now its going up again due to April increases, surely if your in a contract it should not increase in that period! It's so frustrating to contact them to get a new agreement for it to just increase a few months later!! I have been a customer for 7 years now!

I'm afraid there is an annual price increase every April. These are mentioned in your T's and C's.

The contract explicitly allows for increases.  Being 'in contract' means your discounts are fixed and you cannot leave.
