I need to apply for a payment holiday and I want to know how that is possible

I've looked at that already it's not helpful it only tells you how to reapply for another there is no suggestions to apply first time or how to apply for it

Likely you would need to phone Sky to agree the payment holiday.

I assumed that but they should state it on there instead of information that leads to nowhere

At the bottom, there is a bit asking about "need more help"

If you go "no" it should give a "call us" option.
