Paying twice for Netflix for over 3 years
Hi,
I have recently looked at my account to see how I can reduce it and discovered I am paying £8 per month premium and sky entertainment and Netflix . Surely this can't be right to be paying twice for the same service ? How do I request a refund for all of these payments.

Re: Paying twice for Netflix for over 3 years
Sorry, can you be more precise of what subs you're paying? Or are you saying Sky and Netflix are charging you separately?

Could the £8/month extra be the upgrade fee for if you have upgraded the Netflix tier? Only the Standard With Ads Netflix tier is bundled as part of the Sky package.
