Paying my earlier termination charges to ee

I have left ee and come back to sky I need to to know how to send a copy of my final bill to sky so I can receive early termination charge which sky are going to pay me

You must provide a copy of the bill from ee where you have been charged and a copy of a statement showing that you have paid it and send these to Sky via this email address - switching credit @sky.uk (all one word without the gap)
