Paying for an app subscription on sky marketplace

I've had to change my card details so the payment for the app has been declined for this months payment. I can't get sky to take a payment or even admit that I'm paying for a subscription! The help page only shows how to do it on sky glass which I don't have. Has anyone else had any luck with this? I have managed to alter the card for future paynents.
