Hi I don't use this account normally bits it's come to the attention that it looks like my dad is paying for a handset each month on top of his calls etc but when he purchased the handset he paid it in full so I don't understand why it's still getting billed for

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf your Dad is the account holder then he will need to call Sky on 150 to speak to them about it. When calling and the bot asks you why you are calling say nothing and he should be directed to an advisor. If you are the account holder you will need to make the call.
