Paying for a bill and did not live there

Can someone help me, My Father has just passed away however I have just found out he is payng a sky bill for his old address for the past 3 years! It was cancelled when he left his address, who do I speak to about this? He had to move in with me as he fell down the stairs and was paralysed from theneck down?

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

and go to the bottom of the link as the non Sky mobile number should be shown.

Sorry for your loss.

 

You will need to contact Sky but do you know how the subscription was cancelled and did your Dad receive email confirmation of the cancellation? It coukd well be the cancellation was not completed.

 

Did any loaned equipment need returning to Sky and was this done?
