Pause and rewind live TV. Not sky Q

Hello not really area fir this question. 

As sky is pushing us off sky Q due no deals at all best I been offered is £5 off a month.

Is there another sky product that let pause and rewind live TV. Not just ten minuets but the full hour. 

Also is there a product that let you record live TV as well as download show for later watching.

No.

Also is there a product that let you record live TV as well as download show for later watching. 

Strictly, some content on Sky Stream is 'recorded', but not locally. There's no product other than Sky Q which allows a full, local record/playback service.
