Paramount plus not able to verify my Sky cinema account

Haven't used Paramount plus in a while.  Have Sky cinema subscription.  Tried it recently and won't accept my Sky email and password.  Tried resetting the app and switching off and back on.  Any idea how I can fix?  Would be great if Sky had a helpline number to call (**bleep**...).

@Cuttles42 not sure how you conclude Sky dont have a help line as they run a llarge network of call centres but like most orgganisations they want customers to use the online resources to sort issues rather than calling in. A simple google search will give you numerous numbers but only use the number starting 03 to avoid the scam "call forwarding" companies. If you have a Sky Talk or Sky Mobile line use that and dial 150.

 

Lastly if you follow through this help journey far enough  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/using-paramount-plus and click on the contact us link it will give you a number to call which helps route your call as the system knows what you are calling about
