Paid overdue balance but still restricted

Hi there. I had an overdue balance of £99 which suspended my services. I've just made a manual payment to cover it but my services are still restricted. When i click on the "reinstate my services" button it says they're up and running, but they're not.

Have you re-setup your monthly payment?

Re: Paid overdue balance but still restricted

It didn't let me do anything at all when pressing the "reinstate" button, so I went manually into the billing payment method and set up a new direct debit. Still hasn't done anything to my services

@Elllllx
Sky won’t reinstate them until you’ve paid what is owed in full and set up a new continuous payment method. If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well.

Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. Also, any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week as banks are closed.
