Paid my broadband bill but skys saying they havent received it

As i said about i paid my broadband bill on the 3rd of November but have received an email saying the payment hasn't been received.

 

It's been taken from my bank but hasn't seemed to register with sky

No my bill was due on the 4th but I paid it early on the 3rd

So that's a manual payment. It doesn't stop Sky trying to take the planned payment on the 4th.

Yes sorry it was a manual payment as I dont have a direct debit set up and I usually pay my bill a day before its do manually and have never had this issue

The T's and C's state you should have either a continuous card payment or a direct debit set up. Sky will try to get payment from any payment methods they have on record.

The payment you manually made will appear on your account as a credit and can either be left so it is used to pay your next bill or you can  contact Sky and ask them to refund it to you.
