Paid my bill at post office but services restricted and cnt get to speak to a human

I paid my streaming service bill on the 2/12/24 at a post office but my service has been restricted and I can't talk to a human without having to pay again first.how do I speak with a person

As you've discovered, once your services are restricted, you'll have to pay what Sky say is due in order to speak to an adviser. If it results in an overpayment you'll then be able to ask Sky for a refund.

 

Sky require you to pay by direct debit or automated card payment. Now thay your services have been restricted they'll likely insist you set up one or the other, before they'll reinstate them.

Only by paying.

 

...unless you can avoid the line recognising your account and connecting to an agent.  (Use a different phone or withhold your number)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
